YOUNGSTOWN — The Paul and Yetta Gluck School of Visual Arts at the Jewish Community Center of Youngstown is offering free Expressive Art Therapy workshops for individuals 18 and older at the JCC, 505 Gypsy Lane.

Executive Director of NAMI of Mahoning Valley Hope Haney will lead these workshops on mental health wellness and healing.

The workshops are from 6 to 7 p.m. Jan. 17, Feb. 21, and March 21.

Space is limited and registration is encouraged.
