YOUNGSTOWN — Trolls LIVE! comes to the Covelli Centre for two performances in May.

The show is based on the popular films and toys and is billed as an interactive, story-rich musical celebration of everything the Trolls love — singing, dancing, rainbows, glitter and plenty of hugs. It features Poppy, Branch, Cooper, Cloud Guy, Satin and Chenille, Smidge, Guy Diamond, Fuzzbert, Biggie and Mr. Dinkles, and utilizes scenic projection, puppetry and media technology / special effects.

Showtimes are 6 p.m. May 3 and 4. Tickets start at $18, with VIP packages starting at $112, and go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday at the Southwoods Health box office and through Ticketmaster. An online-only presale runs 10 a.m. Wednesday to 10 p.m. Thursday with the password VMAIL.
