Model railroad layout on display
The Youngstown Model Railroad Association’s Fall Open House will span four weekends.
The club has both an O scale and smaller HO train layout with each featuring more than 100 scale miles of track. The HO layout is adding a steel mill complex and features several upgrades, while the O layout is undergoing a major renovation, including scenery upgrades.
Open houses are scheduled noon to 6 p.m. Saturday, Sunday and Nov. 13 and 14, and Dec. 4 and 5, and 11 and 12 at the club at the corner of Raccoon and Four Mile Run roads, Austintown. Admission is $5 with children 11 and younger admitted free.
