Celebrate Olde Fashioned Christmas
YOUNGSTOWN — Mill Creek Metroparks will celebrate an Olde Fashioned Christmas at Lanterman’s Mill from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
The mill will be decorated for the holidays. Chestnuts will be roasted on an open fire, the movie “A Christmas Story” will be shown on a big screen and Santa Claus will be there to listen to Christmas wishes. There also will be crafts for children and unique handmade gifts available for purchase.
Admission is free. Donations of new hats, scarves and gloves / mittens will be collected to decorate a “Giving Tree,” and donated items will be given to needy children. For more information, go to millcreekmetroparks.org.
