Five for Fighting set for Robins concert
Five for Fighting, accompanied by a string quartet, will perform 8 p.m. Sept. 23 in Warren’s Robins Theatre.
Five for Fighting is the name singer-songwriter John Ondrasik performs under. His 2000 album “America Town” sold more than a million copies in the U.S. and included the single “Superman (It’s Not Easy),” which topped the adult contemporary chart and made it to No. 14 on the Billboard Hot 100.
The follow-up album, “The Battle for Everything,” also went platinum and included the single “100 Years.”
Tickets for the 8 p.m. show are $45 and $35 and go on sale 10 a.m. Friday at the Robins Theatre box office and at www.robins theatre.com.
