Buhl Park hosts outdoor music twice weekly

Outdoor concerts return Sunday to Buhl Park in Hermitage, Pa.

Concerts are scheduled at 6 p.m. Sundays and 6:30 p.m. Wednesdays through Sept. 20 at the Performing Arts Center outdoor stage, 715 Hazen Road. The Cabin Cafe concession stand will be open during all concerts.

Concertgoers are encouraged to practice social distancing, to wash hands before and after visiting the park and to stay home if they are experiencing any coronavirus-related symptoms.

The 2020 lineup includes:

Sunday — Liverpool Lads (Beatles tribute)

Wednesday — Nick Fiasco (sounds of Frank Sinatra)

July 19 — Mercer Community Jazz Band

July 22 — Grant Street Exit (acoustic rock)

July 26 — The Dorals (oldies / Motown)

July 29 — Max Schang Band (blues / swing)

Aug. 2 — Manhattan Band (oldies / rock / top 40)

Aug. 5 — Chardon Polka Band

Aug. 9 — Pipe Dreams (’60s rock)

Aug. 12 — County Mayo (Irish)

Aug. 16 — Wrangler Band (country / classic rock)

Aug. 19 — JD Eicher (acoustic rock originals)

Aug. 23 — Four Kings & Queen (funk / rock / R&B / Motown / jazz)

Aug. 26 — Sound Bite (classic and party rock)

Aug. 30 — BBQ Picnic in the Park with Jack Lindley at 3 p.m., Pink Moon at 4:40 p.m. and The Sensations at 6 p.m.

Sept. 2 — Bishop Road (classic rock / country)

Sept. 6 — 2nd Avenue Project (jazz / funk / pop)

Sept. 9 — Dough Butchy Big Band (upbeat jazz)

Sept. 13 — North Side Jazz (jazz standards)

Sept. 16 — Re-Issue (roots rock / Americana)

Sept. 20 — John Reese Project (jazz standards / R&B / Motown)
