Mr. and Mrs. John I. Moy IV of Kinsman are announcing the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter Jordan Rochelle Moy to Hector Javier Beltran, son of Agnes Hernandez of Niles and Ricardo Beltran of Boardman.

The bride-elect graduated from Joseph Badger in 2009 and Youngstown State University in 2013 with a bachelor of science in business administration degree, majoring in accounting. She works at Organovo, Inc. in San Diego, Calif.

Mr. Beltran graduated from Niles McKinley in 2009 and The Ohio State University in 2013 with a bachelor of science in business of administration degree, majoring in accounting. He works at BDO USA, in San Diego, Calif..

The couple will be united in marriage during a private wedding ceremony Nov. 30, 2019, followed by a reception at the Lake Club in Poland.
