After high school, she received a medical office administration certificate from Columbiana County Career and Technical Center and went on to receive her cosmetology license from Raphael’s School of Beauty and Culture in 2012. Daileys celebrate 50th anniversary Tom and Vickie (Musiolowski) Dailey celebrated their 50th anniversary Sept. 14, 2024. Lifelong residents of Columbiana County, Tom is retired from Penn Power (Shippingport) and enjoys fishing, hunting and watching his grandkids’ sports.
