Mr. and Mrs. Richard W. Lyons of Poland celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Sept. 12 during a dinner reception with their family at Avalon Country Club, The Grand Resort.
Mr. Lyons and the former Terri L. Gent were united in marriage on Sept. 10, 1976, at St. Dominic Church.
The Lyons have three daughters, Lisa Lynn (Joe) Iberis, Lora Lee (Nick) Demetrios and Tara Grace (Nic) Farrant, all of Poland. Completing the family are 10 grandchildren.
Mr. Lyons is an electrical contractor that owns and operates Lyons Electric Inc. Mrs. Lyons is retired from the United States Postal Service after 31 years.
