The engagement and approaching marriage of Kayla Kapel and Santino Bianco, are being announced by the couple’s parents, Greg and Marriane Kapel of Lyndhurst, and Tina Bianco of Girard. The groom-elect is also the son of the late Philip Bianco.

The bride-elect is employed as a registered nurse in the emergency room at the Cleveland Clinic Medical Complex, Main Campus.

Mr. Santino has a master’s degree in aerospace controls systems. He is employed as a mechanical engineer for NASA Glenn Research Center in Cleveland.

The couple will be united in marriage during a wedding ceremony on Oct. 24, 2026, at St. Claire Catholic Church. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and a reception to follow at Westwood Country Club in Rocky River.
