Anniversary: Glozer 50th

Daniel and Kathy Glozer
Daniel and Kathy Glozer, lifelong residents of the Youngstown area, celebrated their 50th anniversary on Sept. 13, 2025.
Mass was held at St. Luke Catholic Church and dinner at Alberini’s Restaurant, both attended by immediate family members.
Daniel Glozer and the former Kathy Gromada were united in marriage Sept. 13, 1975.
They have two children, Jennifer (Jeffrey) Mihok and Lisa Strines. They also have five grandchildren.
Dan worked at Wean United for many years and then at Exal Corporation. He now keeps busy as president and treasurer of their condominium association and he also serves on the finance committee at St. Luke Catholic Church. He enjoys golfing when weather permits and following his grandchildren’s swimming careers.
Kathy started her secretarial career at Cardinal Mooney High School and then worked for various physician offices. She made hair bows, (when that was a thing) and also cakes for celebrations. She is active at St. Luke’s church, serving on the Altar Rosary Society, and is an avid walker. She also follows her grandchildren’s swimming careers and always enjoys cooking and baking for the family.
The couple decided on a trip to the island of Aruba as the perfect way to commemorate their marriage and begin the next 50 years.
