Mr. and Mrs. Ross Lucarell of Austintown celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with family members with a dinner party given by their children.
Ross and the former Jancie Westover were married Aug. 26, 1972, by a Justice of the Peace in New Castle, Pa., and on Jan. 26, 1973, at Immaculate Heart of Mary in Austintown.
Ross and Janice met in 1969 while ice skating on Glacier Lake.
The couple have four children, R. David, Nicholas, Danielle and Kristina. They also have five grandchildren.
