Dayna Love and Philip Cody Freeman were united in marriage Oct. 1, 2022, at Ocoee Crest in Benton, Tenn.

A reception was held at Ocoee Crest following the ceremony.

Parents of the bride are Richard and Cheryl Love of Canfield. The groom is the son of Todd and Karen Freeman of Rainbow City, Ala.

Melissa Hutchinson attended her sister as matron of honor, while her sister Jennifer Love served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Val Hagood, Brooke Elavsky, Danielle Capelli and Audra Kohler.

Performing the duties of best man for his son was Todd Freeman. Groomsmen were Hunter Herring, Alex Dennis, Chad Kinsey, Alexander Bryant and Jesse Hutchinson, brother-in-law of the bride.

The new Mrs. Freeman received a Bachelor of Science in molecular biology and equine preveterinary medicine from Otterbein University, and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from The Ohio State University. She is a veterinarian for the Animal Clinic Inc., in Chattanooga, Tenn.

Mr. Freeman graduated from the University of Alabama Birmingham with a master’s degree in occupational therapy. He is an occupational therapist for Amedisys Home Health Care in Lafayette, Ga.

The couple reside in Chattanooga.
