Richard and Mary Yannone of Boardman celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary Aug. 4, 2022, with a limousine trip to the Cleveland Guardians baseball game and dinner at the Aqua Pazzo with their children.

Richard and the former Mary Argenziano were united in marriage Aug. 4, 1962, at Holy Rosary Church in Lowellville. The Rev. Tom McNally officiated the service.

Richard retired from East Ohio Gas Co. as sales manager of the Cleveland-Ashtabula area. Mary retired from St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown as a registered nurse.

The couple have four children, Lisa (Paul) Rosati, Tony (Kit) Yannone and Michele (Ryan) Nespeca, and Daniel (deceased).

They also have five grandchildren and will become great-grandparents in October.

They are active members of St. Charles Borromeo Church in Boardman.
