The family of Armand and Grace Pape celebrated the couple’s 60th anniversary Sept. 9, 2021.

Mr. Pape and the former Grace Listorti were married Sept. 9, 1961, at St. Nicholas Parish in Struthers.

Armand worked as a butcher for various companies throughout the Mahoning Valley until he retired. He also served as president of the Struthers Gridiron Club for several years. Armand is also a father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and the backbone of the family.

Grace is a housewife, mother and grandmother, and she volunteered for the church for many years doing multiple tasks. Grace also worked as a nanny for many years.

Together, they have three children, Frank (Trina) Pape, Mary Ann (Mike) Pape-Yoest and Lisa (Bill) Grewe. Armand and Grace also have eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Armand enjoys making wine and homemade sausage, and Grace enjoys cooking for others in her life. Together, they enjoy sitting on their back porch visiting family and friends.
