Joseph and Lorraine Costarella of Girard are announcing the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Rachele Lorraine, to Tyler Paul Karabin, son of Timothy and Michele Karabin of Hubbard.

The bride-elect graduated from Kent State University for undergraduate and graduate school. She is a school psychologist at East Palestine City School District.

Mr. Karabin graduated from Mercy College of Ohio with an associate in nursing and from Chamberlain University with a Bachelor of Science in nursing. He is a registered nurse for Mercy Health in Youngstown.

The couple will be united in marriage during a ceremony to be held June 19, 2021, at St. Rose Catholic Church, Girard. Invitations have been issued for the ceremony and a reception to be held at Leo’s Ristorante in Howland.
