Gary and Nancy Blockinger of Austintown will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on July 18, 2020.

Gary Blockinger and the former Nancy Hernan were married July 18, 1970, at Immaculate Heart of Mary church.

They have three daughters, Kerri Donchess, Erin (Michael) Corll and Jennifer (Terry) Deuley, along with seven grandchildren with whom they enjoy spending time and who mean the world to them.

Gary is a Navy veteran. He retired from Delphi Packard in 1999, worked for Paragon and helps out at TMI now.

Nancy retired from Farmers National Bank and also worked for Associated School Employees Credit Union.

Gary plays golf in his spare time. Nancy plays mahjong with her cousins and friends, and both enjoy playing bocce at the MVR.

The couple and their family plan to celebrate and vacation in the Outer Banks, N.C.
