THE GATHERING PLACE SENIOR CENTER: Helen Liptak, recruitment / marketing coordinator from Home Instead, will speak on “Graceful Aging with Dignity and Support,” at 11 a.m. Jan. 12 at Lord of Life Lutheran Church, 550 North Broad St., Canfield.

Explore home care, home health care, palliative care and hospice care.

This is a free community outreach social program offered to all senior citizens that is held on the second Monday of each month. Reservations are not required. Come join us in a fulfilling afternoon of fun and socialization.

GATHERING PLACE: The Gathering Place is a free community outreach social program held at Lord of Life Lutheran Church, 550 N. Broad St., Canfield, and offered to all senior citizens on the second Monday of every month. A box lunch will be provided. No reservations are required.

GIRARD MULTI-GENERATIONAL CENTER: Girard Multi-Generational Center, 443 Trumbull Ave., Girard. is open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

CRAFT CLASS: Monday, 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the coffee bar. Come and check out this month’s craft, but registration is required.

Blood pressure screenings with Mercy Health are scheduled Thursday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
