SUPPORT GROUP TO MEET: The Youngstown Area Scleroderma Support Group will meet virtually 7:30 p.m. Sept. 13. The meeting is open to the public and focuses on issues of people affected in all ways by scleroderma. This includes patients, family, friends or anyone interested in advancing the areas of “Support-Education-Research.”

DIVORCE DISCUSSION: DivorceCare is a 13-week course / discussion group for those who are going through or have gone through a separation or divorce. It addresses through education and discussion the most common issues associated with divorce / separation.

JCC HOSTS CAREGIVER CAFE: As part of its Aging Well programs Jewish Community Center of Youngstown, in conjunction with Jewish Family Services, will host Caregiver Cafe 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Sept. 13, Oct. 18, Nov. 15 and Dec. 6 at the JCC, 505 Gypsy Lane.

ARTHRITIS GROUP ZOOM: The Boardman LIVE YES Connect Groups are a vital part of The Arthritis Foundation, and are providing supportive social connections and are inclusive to parents/guardians of children or adults living with all types of arthritis and rheumatic diseases.

VALLEY COUNSELING OPERATING: Valley Counseling Services continues to provide mental health services to residents of the Mahoning Valley throughout the viral outbreak. Necessary precautions will be taken to keep clients and staff safe.
Most services will be phone based or video based. Clients do not need to cancel their appointment. Instead they will receive therapy, case management, nursing and psychiatry services in the safety of their home.
