NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR ADOPTION

You are hereby notified that on November 7, 2025, Meredith Karazin and Astha Dalakoti filed in this Court a Petition for Adoption of Lilith Rose McAngus, a minor, whose date of birth is 6/16/2019, AND Leonidas James Olenick, a minor, whose date of birth is 2/15/2021.
This Court, located at 110 Central Plaza South, Suite 501, Canton, Ohio 44702, will hear the Petition on: 11 MAY, 2026 AT 10:00 AM
It is alleged in the petition, pursuant to R.C. 3107.07, that the consent of Tyler James McAngus or unknown father is not required due to the following:
_____That person is a parent who has failed without justifiable cause to have more than de minimis contact with the minor for a period of one year immediately preceding the filing of the petition.
_____That person is a parent who has failed without justifiable cause to provide meaningful and regular maintenance and support of the minor as required by law or judicial decree for a period of one year immediately preceding the filing of the petition.
X The person meets criteria set forth under subsection_____ of R.C. 3107.07 and therefore the person’s consent is not required.
A FINAL DECREE OF ADOPTION, IF GRANTED, WILL TERMINATE YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO CONTACT THE MINOR. ALL LEGAL RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE MINOR AND YOU AND YOUR RELATIVES WILL TERMINATE, SO THAT THE MINOR IS A STRANGER TO YOU AND YOUR RELATIVES FOR ALL PURPOSES, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF DIVISION (A)(1)(B) OF SECTION 3107.15 OF THE REVISED CODE.
IF YOU OBJECT TO THE ADOPTION, AND THE MINOR WAS LESS THAN ONE YEAR OF AGE AT THE TIME THE PETITION FOR ADOPTION WAS FILED, YOU MUST DO BOTH OF THE FOLLOWING:
(1) FILE A WRITTEN OBJECTION WITH THE COURT WITHIN FOURTEEN DAYS FROM
THE DATE OF SERVICE OF NOTICE OF THE FILING OF THE PETITION AND OF THE
TIME AND PLACE OF THE HEARING.
(2) APEPAR AT THE HEARING.
IF YOU OBJECT TO THE ADOPTION, AND THE MINOR WAS ONE YEAR OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME THE PETITION FOR ADOPTION WAS FILED, YOU MUST DO BOTH OF THE FOLLOWING:
(1) FILE A WRITTEN OBJECTION WITH THE COURT WITHIN TWENTY-EIGHT DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SERVICE OF NOTICE OF THE FILING OF THE PETITION AND OF THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING. FOR GOOD CAUSE SHOWN, THE COURT MAY EXTEND THE TIME IN WHICH A WRITTEN OBJECTION MAY BE FILED.
(2) APPEAR AT THE HEARING.
A FINAL DECREE OF ADOPTION MAY BE ENTERED IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A WRITTEN OBJECTION ON TIME AND APPEAR AT THE HEARING.

FOR TIMBER SALE
Sealed proposals (bids) for purchase and removal of standing timber will be received by the Board of Directors of The Mahoning Valley Sanitary District at the office of its Chief Engineer located at the Administration Building, 1181 Ohltown-McDonald Road, Weathersfield Township, Trumbull County, Ohio, until 10:00 a.m., Daylight Savings Time, on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 and at that time and place will be publicly opened and read. Proposals may be presented in person or mailed. Mail should be addressed to The Mahoning Valley Sanitary District, PO Box 4119, Youngstown, OH 44515-0119.

The standing timber for which purchase proposals are invited consists of 915 marked trees on a tree stand on land owned by The Mahoning Valley Sanitary District. The area is designated by a heavy boundary line on a map annexed to the form of Agreement included in the Contract Documents.
Proposals must be based upon and in conformity with the Contract Documents and must be submitted upon the form of Proposal furnished in the Contract Documents.
Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty, as prescribed by the Contract Documents, in the form of either a bid bond or a certified check or cashier’s check in an amount not less than 10% of the bid price.
The Board of Directors reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities in any proposal, and to award the contract in the best interest of The Mahoning Valley Sanitary District may require.
