In accordance with the publication requirements under the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, notice is hereby given that Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Niles intends to apply to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation under the Bank Merger Act for permission to assume the assets and liabilities of Union Capital Mortgage Corporation. Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Niles has its principal place of business at 55 N Main St., Niles, Ohio 44446 . Union Capital Mortgage Corporation has its principal place of business at 26021 Center Ridge Rd., Westlake, OH 44145. Union Capital Mortgage Corporation is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Home Federal Savings and Loan Association. Union Capital Mortgage Corporation is a non-depository institution and does not operate any branches. As such, Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Niles’s branch network will be unchanged as a result of the transaction.

The Mahoning Valley Sanitary District will receive bid proposals for the HIGH SERVICE PUMP STATION CONTROL VALVES AND DISCHARGE PIPING REPLACEMENT PROJECT (Contract Number G-153 (V-B)) until one-thirty (1:30) o’clock P.M., Eastern Standard Time on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 , via QuestCDN at which time Bids will be electronically opened and posted publicly.

In general, the work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for construction of the following work:

A pre-bid conference has been set for 10:00 A.M. local time on Wednesday July 2, 2025 at the office of the Chief Engineer of the Mahoning Valley Sanitary District (MVSD) located at 1181 Ohltown-McDonald Road, Mineral Ridge, Ohio 44440. This meeting has been set in order to provide all potential Bidders an opportunity to discuss with the Owner all aspects of the Contract Documents for the HIGH SERVICE PUMP STATION CONTROL VALVES AND DISCHARGE PIPING REPLACEMENT
PROJECT. Any changes, additions and/or deletions resulting from this pre-bid conference will be covered in an addendum to the Contract Documents.
The MVSD reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received. Bidders shall review the Instructions to Bids and all other contract documents prior to submitting a bid for this project.

CASE # ZA-02-25: Is a continuance of a previous hearing to request a variance by Brett Pitzulo who is pursuing relief from minimum square feet allowance for an accessory building, The proposed structure he is requesting is (2080′) two thousand, eighty square feet. The Board requested a modified plan to meet the changes they seek which are to reduce the square footage of the structure. The property is located at 8375 Morningside Dr. Poland Township, Poland, Ohio known as lot 7, parcel number 35-057-0-016.06-0 and is in a Residential-1(R-1) zoning district.
