The City of Hubbard is accepting Statements of
Qualifications (SOQ) for professional
engineering services associated with various water distribution-related projects. The scope of work may include, but is not limited to,
engineering services related to future capital improvement projects, which are anticipated to include the following types of projects:
* Water Distribution Improvement Design
* Water Distribution System Modeling
Statement of Qualifications must be received by 11 am EST on Monday, January 5, 2026.

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids to
furnish all materials and/or equipment will be received by the Board of Park Commissioners, Mill Creek Metropolitan Park District at the Park District Office, 7574 Columbiana-Canfield Road, Canfield, OH 44406, until 12 o’clock noon EST on Monday, December 29, 2025 , for the following:

Specifications, Bidding Documents, and Bidding Terms & Conditions may be obtained at the above office.
Bids will be opened and read immediately after 12 p.m. EST on Monday, December 29, 2025, at the Park District Office.
Each bid must be addressed to the Board of Park Commissioners, Mill Creek Metropolitan Park District, Canfield, OH 44406, and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope with the name of the bidder and the article bid upon clearly marked on the outside of the envelope.
All bids submitted shall be good for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of bid opening. Notice of claim of right to withdraw a proposal must be made in writing and filed with the Park District within two business days after conclusion of the bid opening procedure in accordance with the provisions of Section 9.31 of the Ohio Revised Code.
The Board of Park Commissioners reserves the right to reject any, or part of any, or all bids; to waive any technicalities or informalities in the bidding process and to accept any bid deemed most favorable to the Board of Park Commissioners, or to advertise for new bids.
