ENID, Okla. — Charles B. Waldo, born April 2, 1955, in Youngstown, Ohio, to Frank and Julie E. Hansford Waldo, departed this life on Monday, Aug. 24, 2026, in Enid, Oklahoma. Charles attended elementary school at Paul C. Bunn until the sixth grade. After his father, Frank, retired in 1968, the family moved West and eventually settled in Enid, Oklahoma.
