FAMILY DAY: The Early Childhood Resource Center, 6414 Market St., Boardman, will host a free family day event 10 a.m. to noon Saturday. The event will include storytime, crafts, a raffle and refreshments. There will be free infant and toddler clothing from a local children’s retail store. WILLIAM McKINLEY PROGRAM: The Poland Historical Society will meet at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Little Red Schoolhouse, 4515 Center Road. At 7:30 p.m., local historian and Mahoning Valley native Paul Rohrbaugh will present a program on the life of William McKinley, highlighting the future president’s early ties to Poland Township.
