State Rep. Nick Santucci, who used to work for the Youngstown / Warren Regional Chamber, is the recipient of the organization’s government achievement award. The chamber will present the award to Santucci, R-Niles, at its Nov. 24 Salute to Elected Officials event at the Grand Resort in Howland. Santucci said he was “deeply honored” to receive the award.
