WRTA went over and above in good service
DEAR EDITOR:
Last Sunday evening, I left my cellphone on a bench at the Western Reserve Transit Authority’s Federal Station on West Federal Street in Youngstown. I didn’t realize it until I got home to Hubbard.
We were able to track the phone with an app, and followed it all around Youngstown, finally ending the chase at the WRTA garage.
The drivers and staff were excellent, helpful and patient while we searched the buses, but still couldn’t find the phone.
On our way home, we got a call they had found the phone, saving me much grief. What an unexpected miracle, and great customer service!
