Thad Daniel Fish 1967-2021
CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. — Private Thad Daniel Fish, 53, veteran U.S. Army, transitioned Wednesday, Sept. 29, 2021, at 3:04 p.m., at home, due to an early, premature release from Chambersburg Hospital in Pennsylvania.
He was born Sept. 15, 1967, in New Castle, Pa., to Gwendolyn Wright Fish and Wilbur Lee Fish Sr.
After honorable discharge from the Army, he was married to Julie Hutzell, who died from injuries sustained in a car accident Jan. 14, 2008.
He is survived by his mother, Gwendolyn Wright Fish, and was preceded in death by his father, Wilbur Lee Fish Sr.; and a brother, Wilbur Lee Fish Jr.
Calling hours will begin at 10 a.m. with a funeral service to follow at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 22, 2021, at the New Bethel Baptist Church, Youngstown
Arrangements were entrusted to LE Black, Phillips and Holden Funeral Home, Youngstown.
