Rachael E. Vigarino 1945-2021
HOUSTON — Rachael Edna Vigarino, 75, passed from this life Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2021. She was greeted by her adoring husband and other family members who welcomed her into the Heavenly Realms and ushered her into the arms of Jesus.
She loved her family fiercely and will be missed by all tremendously.
She began her life in Washington, D.C., and spent her youth in Youngstown, where she obtained her nursing degree from Youngstown State University. In 1978, she moved to the great state of Texas.
She leaves behind her children, Nicholas Jaye and Heide Vigarino, Debra Ann and Danny Passmore, Theresa Marie Vigarino and Victor Lazzaro, and stepson, Nicholas John Vigarino III; grandchildren, Christopher, Vanessa, Richard, Jessica, Steven, Kristine, Andrew and Trevor; great-grandchildren, Eli, Venus and Aria; aunt, Carole Carner; sister-in-law, Rita Mary Vigarino Herchik; nephew, John Herchik; brother-in-law, Ralph and Mary S. Vigarino; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Marion Eleanor and Francis Milton Collins; husband, Nicholas John Vigarino Jr.; sister, Stephanie Rodriguez; in-laws, Rita and Nicholas Vigarino; brother-in-law, Thomas Vigarino; nephews, Keith, Thomas and James Sabo; and uncle, Donald Carner.
Services will be held 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 29, 2021, at Klein Funeral Home, 16131 Champion Forest Drive, Spring, TX 77379.
