John J. Harris 1944-2021

John was born Sept. 14, 1944, in Ellamore, W.Va., the son of the late William and Anna C. Harris.

He was a commercial painter by trade. Along with his brothers, Tom and Bill, he was an avid golfer and loved a good skins game. John loved his dog of 10 years, Molly, who was by his side until the end.

Left to cherish his memory are his son, Michael W. Harris; along with his mother, Becky Harris, both of Youngstown. John is also survived by his siblings, Bill (Sue) of Youngstown, Christine Vanpelt, Cynthia H. (Scott) Louderback, and Karen Kerns, all of Elkins, W.Va.; sisters-in-law, Janet Harris of Youngstown and Cathy Harris of Campbell; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant son, Johnny; brother, Tom; and sisters, Catherine, Barbara and Cheryl.
