Craig M. Brumbaugh 1958-2021
NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. — Craig M. Brumbaugh, 62, of Shenango Township, passed away the afternoon of Friday, April 9, 2021, surrounded by his family at Shenango on the Green in New Wilmington, where the staff made him feel at home.
Craig was born Oct. 29, 1958, in New Castle. He was the son of the late Clyde M. Brumbaugh, who preceded him in death on May 5, 1996. His mother, Stella J. Malinowski Brumbaugh, survives at home.
Mr. Brumbaugh was of the Protestant faith. He was a graduate of Shenango High School, Class of 1976.
Mr. Brumbaugh worked as a millworker at the former Remacor Company until they closed. Craig went on to retire from Walmart in October 2020. Craig was an avid sports fan, enjoyed playing golf and ran track in high school. He also enjoyed doing yard work around the house and staying in shape.
In addition to his mother, Stella, Craig is survived by his brother, Rick; his wife, Maryjane Zehner Brumbaugh of New Wilmington; and their four children, Ryan, Rikki, Travis and Lexi.
Craig was preceded in death by his father, Clyde M. Brumbaugh.
Calling hours will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 13, 2021, at the Noga Funeral Home, Inc., 1142 Mill St., New Castle. A celebration of life service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 14, 2021, at the funeral home.
Rite of committal and burial will be in Oak Park Cemetery. Pastor Becky Rosengarth of Shenango on the Green will officiate.
