Robert Braunstein 1963-2020

He was born Jan. 12, 1963, the son of Joseph and Anna Miller Braunstein. He was a 1981 graduate of Cardinal Mooney High School and earned a bachelor’s degree from Youngstown State University in 1986, which led to him making his permanent residency in Florida.

Robert worked at Macy’s call center as a service ambassador in Clearwater, Fla. Robert was an avid sports fan and enjoyed attending Buccaneers baseball games in Tampa and cheering on his favorite football team, the Dallas Cowboys. He cherished his family the most and visited often, spending time with his mother and extended family.

He will be sadly missed by his mother, Anna of Youngstown; brothers, John and Richard (Heather); sister, Linda; nephews, Ryan, James (Katie) Cysewski, Ben and Jake Braunstein; and numerous family members.

He was preceded in death by his father, and maternal and paternal grandparents.

A private service will be held for Robert and he will be laid to rest in Calvary Cemetery in Youngstown.
