•Arthur Thomas, 47, Clearmount Drive, cocaine possession and misdemeanor obstructing official business.

•Kenneth D. Carter, 61, East Judson Avenue, cocaine possession.

•Edwin Thomas, 43, Byron Street, cocaine possession.

•Gregory McGeorge, 61, East Ravenwood Avenue, felonious assault.

•Eric M. Yon, 33, Mahoning County jail, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility.

•Jason M. Sop, 30, Pasadena Avenue, telecommunications harassment.

•Edward Lightning, 42, Mahoning County jail, being a felon in possession of a firearm.

•Rayshawn G. Willis, 43, Mahoning County jail, being a felon in possession of a firearm.

•Lawrence Mitchum, 63, Madison Correctional Institute, London, Ohio, cocaine possession.

* Dana Wallace, 44, Edwards Avenue, aggravated drug possession.

•Pasha Alamin, 69, Lansdowne Boulevard, cocaine possession and misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them — OVI.

•Antoinette Stephens, 65, Fountain Square Drive, Austintown, cocaine possession.

•Brittany N. Mountain, 39, North Roanoke Avenue, Austintown, aggravated drug possession.

•Darnell L. Jones, 39, Kendis Circle, aggravated drug possession.

•Nicholas E. Phelps, 32, Mahoning County jail, escape.
