Three people indicted by grand jury

YOUNGSTOWN — Only three people were indicted this week by a Mahoning County grand jury. They are:

• Carl Dale, 34, Mahoning Avenue, Warren, operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them (OVI).

•Craig Goss, 25, Creed Street, Struthers, being a felon in possession of a firearm and failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer.

•Terrell D. Nurse, 34, Northeast Ohio Correctional Center, felonious assault.
