A portion of Interstate 680 North near downtown Youngstown was closed throughout the morning Monday for a semi-tractor trailer that overturned at around 5 a.m. trapping one person inside. The crash happened just north of U. S Route 62 and Market Street exit. The crash also damaged the trailer, causing it to lose some of its load. The tractor and trailer were hauled away at around 12:30 p.m. Workers placed a garbage receptacle on the roadway, apparently to collect items from the trailer.
