COVID-19 testing spots in Youngstown

YOUNGSTOWN — The city’s health district, Ohio National Guard and various houses of worship are hosting free drive-thru COVID-19 tests on Thursdays in Youngstown.

The National Guard will administer the tests.

There is no pre-registration.

Also, you can get a flu shot at any of the events for $25 or free with most insurance coverage.

All testing sites are open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The first is Thursday at Holy Trinity Missionary Baptist Church, 505 Parkcliffe Ave.

The others are:

Oct. 1: Congregation Rodef Sholom, 1119 Elm St.

Oct. 8: Union Baptist Church, 528 Lincoln Ave.

Oct. 15: New Covenant Church of the Nazarene, 304 Matta Ave.

Oct. 22: To be announced.

Oct. 29: St. John Episcopal Church, 323 Wick Ave.

Nov. 5: Christ Centered Church, 3300 Hudson Ave.

Nov. 12: St. Edward Catholic Church, 240 Tod Lane.
