Consumers announces dividend
YOUNGSTOWN — Consumers Bancorp Inc., the holding company for Consumers National Bank, has announced a quarterly dividend of 13.5 cents per share for the corporation’s common stock.The dividend is payable June 15 to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 25.
Consumers Bancorp, which is based in Minerva, has 13 branches, including locations in Salem, Lisbon and Alliance.
