Section of W. Federal St. to close
YOUNGSTOWN — West Federal Street between Market and Phelps streets will be closed from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday to vehicle traffic.
The city is using a crane lift on the street for a roofing project at 20 Federal Place.
Detours will be posted. Access to local businesses will be maintained.
