LEETONIA — One of the former homes of Ryan Sheridan, who was recently sentenced to 7 1/2 years in federal prison for Medicaid fraud related to his former Braking Point Recovery Center in Austintown, is listed for sale for nearly $1.3 million.

The 7,989-square-foot home at 41079 Spring Hill Drive has five bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms and is located on a 22-acre lot in The Retreat development a couple of miles southwest of Columbiana.

“Built with only the finest materials, including limestone, honed travertine (tile), solid granite and solid oak, this magnificent home is a must-see,” the real estate listing states.

The federal government seized the large home, a second one in Girard, cars and other property after Sheridan pleaded guilty to 60 criminal charges and was ordered to repay $24.5 million in restitution. Prosecutors said his company paid over several years for services that violated Medicaid reimbursement rules.

The home, which was built in 2007, features limestone, solid granite and solid-oak materials and includes a five-car attached garage and a detached RV or car garage. It has a custom-built, spiral three-floor staircase, private movie theater, solid-oak six-panel doors, oak flooring, crown mouldings, tray ceilings, limestone walls and oak pillars.
