Church evacuated for gas leak
CANFIELD — Two people were evacuated from Canfield United Methodist Church on Broad Street Saturday morning after a reported gas leak, according to Captain Robert Tieche with the Canfield Cardinal Joint Fire District.
Firefighters shut off a gas valve around 11 a.m. As of Saturday afternoon, crews had not determined what caused the leak.
There were no injuries.
