Man sentenced for having child porn
YOUNGSTOWN — Nicholas S. Yukon, 30, was sentenced to 10 1/2 years in prison Tuesday after pleading guilty earlier to seven counts of pandering obscenities and one of tampering with evidence.
Prosecutors indicted him on 52 charges, but investigators found “thousands of images” of child pornography in connection to Yukon, said Steve Yacovone, assistant Mahoning County prosecutor.
Yukon was charged after the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force served a search warrant July 17 at a home on South Hazelwood Avenue on the West Side.
