Police activity reported Nov. 2-10:

Nov. 10, 1:54 a.m. — Jacob R. Smith, 19, 18 S. Pleasant Ave., Niles, was charged with driving while under suspension, and was cited for a seatbelt violation and speeding (41 in a 25 zone), and Nina R. Dubecky, 18, of the same address, was cited for a passenger seatbelt violation following a traffic stop on U.S. 224. d

Nov. 8, 9:10 p.m. — Thomas C. Bowker Jr., was cited on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and was arrested on a Mahoning County Court 2 warrant on a charge of failure to appear following a traffic stop on U.S. Route 224.

Nov. 6, 5:26 p.m. — Ralph A. Detoro III, 47, 3031 Spitler Road, Poland, was cited on a charge of possession of drug abuse instruments and was arrested on a Youngstown Municipal Court warrant on a charge of failure to appear following a traffic stop on state Route 170.

Nov. 4, 7:17 p.m. — Calvert W. Anderson III, 25, 1015 Compass West Drive, Austintown, was cited on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and was arrested on multiple Boardman warrants, and Haley R. Brown, 23, 58 Ewing Road, Boardman, was cited on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Both citations were made following a traffic stop on U.S. Route 224.

Nov. 3, 7:05 p.m. — Ashia M. Maiden, 36, 344 Sexton St., Struthers, was arrested on a Mahoning County Court 2 warrant on a charge of failure to appear following a traffic stop on U.S. Route 224.

Nov. 2, 6:05 p.m. — Denis R. Hernandez, 36, 343 N. Main St., Poland, was arrested on a Struthers Municipal Court warrant on a charge of passing bad checks.
