Oct. 19, 8:25 a.m. — Following a traffic stop on state Route 170, Gelber F. S. Huinac, 26, 2121 Ives St., Youngstown, was charged with operating a vehicle without a valid license.

Oct. 17, 12:42 a.m. — Following a traffic stop on U.S. Route 224, Robert D. Miller, 24, 143 Oil Patch Lane, Slippery Rock, Pa., was charged with driving while under suspension and was cited for improper display of plates.

Oct. 16, 5:08 p.m. — Following a traffic stop on U.S. 224, Donald Yerchin, 58, 167 Carnegie Ave., Austintown, was charged with driving while under suspension, possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, and was taken into custody on a Struthers Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear.

Oct. 15, 7:14 a.m. — Following a traffic stop on state Route 170, Michael E. McCray, 30, 49 S. First St., Rittman, was charged with driving while under suspension and was taken into custody on a Summit County Court of Common Pleas warrant for failure to comply with conditions of community control.

Oct. 12, 11:30 a.m. — Following a traffic stop on state Route 170, Danyelle M. Wilkerson, 24, 2639 Tyrell St., Youngstown, was charged with driving while under suspension and was cited for making a turn from the straight lane.

10:20 p.m. — Following a traffic stop on U.S. 224, Davonte M. Starkes, 24, 4325 Woodleigh Lane, Youngstown, was charged with driving while under suspension and was cited for a loud exhaust.

Oct. 11, 5:09 p.m. — Following a traffic stop on U.S. 224, Brandon M. Gearo, 26, 2759 Julian St., Youngstown, was charged with driving while under suspension and fictitious plates, and was cited for improper display of plates.

7:10 p.m. — Following a traffic stop on U.S. 224, Jermaine T. Vaughn, 42, 122 E. 17th St., Erie, Pa., was charged with driving while under suspension and was cited for improper display of plates, and Jessica L. Schnieder, 42, 605 Strathmore Ave., Erie, Pa., was charged with allowing someone unlicensed to drive.

9:45 p.m. — Following a traffic stop on state Route 170, Kimberly L. Morrow, 47, 171 Ridgeway, Struthers, was charged with driving while under suspension and was cited for a loud exhaust and a tail light violation.

10:01 p.m. — Following a traffic stop on state Route170, Razi S. Cornelious, 19, 574 Spring St., Struthers, was charged with driving while under suspension and was cited for not yielding the right-of-way to a public safety vehicle.

Oct. 10, 10:52 p.m. — Following a traffic stop on state Route 170, Rachel E. Gordon, 31, 212 Perry St., Struthers, was charged with driving while under suspension and fictitious plates, and was cited for improper display of plates.

Oct. 9, 12:34 a.m.– Following a traffic stop on U.S. 224, Donnell L. Macklin, 27, 3034 Gerwig Ave., Youngstown, was charged with driving while under suspension, was cited for speeding (41 in a 25 zone) and was taken into custody on an undisclosed Girard warrant.

Oct. 7, 4:52 p.m. — Following a traffic stop on U.S. 224, Lenayzia D. Carter, 23, 53 East Marion Ave., Youngstown, was charged with driving while under suspension and was cited for a turn signal violation.

7:57 p.m. — Following a traffic stop on state Route 170, Angel L. Sosa, 24, 2354 Pauldin Ave., Bronx, N.Y., and Jonathan M. Davila, 20, 3404 Bronzwood Ave., Bronx, N.Y., were each charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Oct. 6, 10:40 a.m. — Following a traffic stop on U.S. 224, Johanna M. Jones, 41, 6775 Luteran Lane, Poland, was charged with driving while under suspension.

1:05 p.m. — Following a traffic stop on state Routeo 170, Jason T. Gilpin, 36, 20 Fitzpatrick Ave., Columbiana, was charged with driving while under suspension.

8:18 p.m. — Following a traffic stop on U.S. 224, Shontale M. Jefferson, 36, 92 Jean St., Campbell, was charged with driving while under suspension.

Oct.4, 5:10 p.m. — Following a traffic stop on U.S. 224, Michael D. Guminski, 43, (no address listed), New Springfield, was charged with failure to reinstate and was cited for a turn signal violation.
