YOUNGSTOWN – A Mahoning County grand jury on Thursday returned 21 felony indictments.

The following cases will be arraigned next week:

Kenneth S. Puckett, 26, in care of Ohio State Penitentiary, Youngstown, harassment with a bodily substance;

Anthony J. Morton II, 35, of Gahanna, tampering with evidence, possession of cocaine, obstructing official business, operating a vehicle under the influence and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia;

Michael Faiola, 35, 26 Willow Drive, Boardman, telecommunications fraud and identity fraud;

Ronnie E. Edwards III, 27, 167 Clarencedale Ave., Youngstown, possessing a weapon as a felon; aggravated trafficking in drugs; aggravated possession of drugs; aggravated trafficking in drugs; aggravated possession of drugs; trafficking in heroin; trafficking in cocaine; possession of cocaine and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia;

Amber D. Fleece, 24, 167 Clarencedale Ave., Youngstown, aggravated trafficking in drugs; two counts aggravated possession of drugs; trafficking in heroin; possession of heroin; trafficking in cocaine; possession of cocaine and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia;

Brian Donlow Jr., 25, in care of Mahoning County Justice Center, aggravated murder with firearm specification; murder with firearm; aggravated murder with firearm specification; attempted murder with firearm specification; felonious assault with firearm specification; and possessing a weapon while a felon;

Stephen B. Wilson, 52, in care of Mahoning County Justice Center, 10 counts of felonious assault with firearm specifications of three and seven years and repeat violent offender specification; discharge of firearm on or near prohibited premises with firearm specification; possessing a weapon as a felon; obstructing official business with firearm specification; and two counts vandalism with firearm specification;

Charles E. Field Jr., 68, 282 N. Roanoke Ave., retaliation; assault; obstructing official business; operating a vehicle under the influence;

Antoine J. Cox, 26, 2050 S. Raccoon Road, Apt. 7, Austintown, intimidation; obstructing official business; vandalism; attempted grand theft motor vehicle; criminal damaging or endangering and disorderly conduct;

Gregory Cordy, 51, 122 Warner Road, Hubbard, felonious assault;

James Riley, 28, in care of Mahoning County Justice Center, trafficking in heroin with forfeiture specifications; possession of heroin; trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound with forfeiture specifications; possession of a fentanyl-related compound with forfeiture specifications; aggravated trafficking in drugs with forfeiture specifications; aggravated possession of drugs with forfeiture specifications; trafficking in cocaine with forfeiture specifications; possession of cocaine with forfeiture specifications; illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia with forfeiture specifications;

Donald C. Espy, 28, 7854 Budd St., Masury, breaking and entering and theft;

Warren M. Stanley, 40, 459 Judson Ave., possession of heroin with forfeiture specification; possessing a weapon as a felon; improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle; carrying a concealed weapon; possession of a fentanyl-related compound with forfeiture specification; and possession of cocaine with forfeiture specification;

Christopher Royal, 28, in care of Mahoning County Justice Center, possessing a weapon as a felon; improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle; carrying a concealed weapon and possession of drugs;

Teon Stennis, 27, in care of Mahoning County Justice Center, possession of a fentanyl-related compound with forfeiture specification; possession of cocaine with forfeiture specification and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia with forfeiture specification;

Joseph K. Barnes, 30, 121 Roche Way, Boardman, possession of cocaine; aggravated possession of drugs; unlawful possession of a dangerous ordnance; possession of drugs; operating a vehicle under the influence; possessing drug abuse instruments and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia;

Jermaine D. Stroughter Jr., 20, in care of Mahoning County Justice Center, breaking and entering; vandalism; safecracking; contributing to the unruliness or delinquency of a child; petty theft; criminal damaging or endangering; attempted petty theft and petty theft;

Jermaine C. Bunn Jr., 22, 130 E. Warren Ave., possessing a weapon as a felon; and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle;

Elizabeth Martel-Velazquez, 30, 424 Edwards St., improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a felony of the fourth degree;

Desmond D. Cochrane Jr., 23, in care of Mahoning County Justice Center, felonious assault with firearm specification and conspiracy;

Aliyah M. Taylor, 22, 732 Fairmont Ave., obstructing justice and conspiracy.
