Avoid Route 82 at Route 46 wreckage scenes

HOWLAND — Motorists are asked to avoid state Route 82 tonight as two, separate multi-vehicle accident scenes have tied up traffic and safety forces.

A Trumbull County 911 spokesperson said a three-vehicle accident happened in the westbound lane of Route 82 and Route 46 overpass.

Also a seven-vehicle occurred east of the other location on the state Route 82 westbound lane at Howland Wilson Road.

Various fire and police departments are at the scene. The accidents have backed up traffic to Route 11.

There is no word yet on any injuries.
