Mon. 11:35 a.m.: Foo Fighters will be inducted into Rock Hall by a Beatle

Paul McCartney will induct Foo Fighters into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame at a ceremony Oct. 30 at Cleveland’s Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.

Foo Fighters are led by Warren native Dave Grohl, who becomes a two-time inductee. He first was inducted into the Rock Hall in 2014 as a member of Nirvana.

The hall announced several presenters and performers Monday morning. Taylor Swift will induct Carole King, and Swift and Jennifer Hudson will perform her music. Tina Turner will be inducted by Angela Bassett, who played Turner in the biofilm “What’ás Love Got to Do with It?,” and Turner’s music will be performed by Christina Aguilera, Mickey Guyton, H.E.R. and Bryan Adams.

Drew Barrymore will induct The Go-Go’s, and Lionel Richie will induct music executive Charles Avant for the Ahmet Ertegun Award.
