YOUNGSTOWN – Youngstown Municipal Court Judge Renee DiSalvo and challenger Martin Hume are neck and neck in the race, according to very early returns reported moments ago by the Mahoning Board of Elections. Each has about 35 percent of the votes.

Also in the race, Mark Hanni has about 28 percent.

Less than 5 percent of the votes have been announced so far.
