Heritage Manor to hold virtual ceremony

VETERANS TO BE HONORED: Heritage Manor Rehabilitation and Retirement Community residents, Levy Gardens Assisted Living tenants and Heritage Manor Adult Day Services participants who are veterans will be honored in a virtual veteran pinning ceremony at 2 p.m. Wednesday. Each veteran will be individually recognized and given a certificate and pin. To view the ceremony, visit heritage manor.org and click on the Zoom link.

SETON III TO MEET: The Seton III Club of Mahoning County will meet noon Thursday at A La Cart restaurant in Canfield.

Dottie Cerimele will present the reading, and Amanda Lencyk from Mercy Health Trumbull County will speak. Her topic will be “Stop the Bleed.”

Elaine Powell, chairperson, is hostess, with Carole Ruggieri and Jeanne D’Ambrogio.

JA VIRTUAL CONFERENCE: JA Inspire Virtual, a college, career and trades conference for middle and high school students, will be held virtually using the Fairs event platform from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Nov. 19 in partnership with the Trumbull and Mahoning County Educational Service centers. The event platform will be available for parents and the public from 2 to 6 p.m.
