MEETING BY APP: The Struthers City Council as a whole will meet online 6:30 p.m. today, with meetings being held in “GoToMeeting” online app. Access code and link will be announced and posted for all to join. The meeting is to discuss pending litigation and to review the budget.

The public hearing scheduled for March 25 to place farmland in agricultural district has been postponed until council reconvenes in person.

LIBRARY CONSTRUCTION: A previously announced preview event to discuss the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County Main Library renovation has been postponed. The event had been announced for today at the main library.
