Middlefield Banc Corp. announces 15-cent dividend
MIDDLEFIELD — Middlefield Banc Corp., holding company for The Middlefield Banking Company, has announced a third-quarter cash dividend of 15 cents per common share.
The dividend is payable Sept. 15 to shareholders of record on Sept. 4. The quarterly dividend has been adjusted to reflect the two-for-one stock split in November 2019.
