Consumers declares dividend
YOUNGSTOWN — Consumers Bancorp Inc., the holding company for Consumers National Bank, declared a quarterly dividend of 14.5 cents on the outstanding shares of the corporation’s common stock.
The dividend is payable Sept. 15 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Aug. 24. The dividend reflects an annualized dividend yield of 3.88 percent based on the stock’s closing price of $14.97 on Thursday.
