Gas prices drop by 5 cents in NE Ohio
The average price for gasoline across northeast Ohio is 5 cents less this week at $2.10 per gallon, according to AAA East Central’s Gas Price Report.
In the Warren-Youngstown area, the average is also $2.10 and in Niles, the price settled at $2.07.The average for northeast Ohio this week last year $2.80 per gallon.
The national gas price average held steady for the week at $2.19 as one-third of states saw gas prices decrease, and 10 states saw gas prices increase by 2 cents to 4 cents.
