The Davis Family YMCA in Boardman is seeking art from teens for its upcoming show “Speak Your Peace: life from a teens’ perspective.”

Any high school-aged teen — regardless of whether they attend traditional, home, alternative or no school at all — is invited to submit three works for the show. There is no charge to enter. The theme centers on issues that all teens experience — happiness, loneliness, depression, anger, hope, etc. Prizes will be awarded for technical merit and creative adherence to the theme.

Drop off will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 1 at the YMCA, 45 McClurg Road. An opening reception is planned from 1 to 2:30 p.m. April 16.
